Good to know
Who owns the videos I make?
You do. On paid plans you can use them commercially, including ads. Free-plan videos carry a small watermark.
How long can a video be?
It depends on your plan, from under a minute on Free to five minutes on Studio. Most stories work best between 45 and 90 seconds.
What are credits?
Credits are how every action is priced: a storyboard, a voice-over, a custom object. You always see the most a video can cost before it runs, and you're charged the real amount, never more.
What happens if something fails?
If a video fails on our side, every credit held for it comes back automatically.
Can I use my own voice?
Yes, on Pro and Studio: record each scene in the browser or upload one narration track, and the captions follow your words.
Can I create objects that aren't in the library?
Yes. Name the thing, we check the library first, and if nothing fits we draw it in the same style. It's saved to your own objects.
Which languages are supported?
English at launch. More languages are on the way.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and credit packs you bought never expire.
