1.Who we are

Drawlore (Drawlore) lets you turn stories, scripts and ideas into narrated, hand-drawn videos. These terms apply when you use our website and services.

2.Your account

You need an account to make videos. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age where you live.

One free account per person. Accounts created to collect free credits repeatedly may be closed.

3.Credits and payments

Actions like making a storyboard, a voice-over or a custom object cost credits. Before anything runs, we show the most it can cost; we charge the real amount, never more. The Free plan includes monthly credits at no charge.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly plan credits roll over as described on the pricing page; credits from packs don't expire. Prices can change with notice; a change never affects a period you've already paid for.

4.Your content

You own the stories you give us and the videos you make. You give us permission to process them to make your videos and to keep them in your account.

On paid plans you may use your videos commercially. Free-plan videos carry a small watermark that must stay in place.

5.Fair use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, to impersonate real people, to mislead people about real events, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6.AI-made content

Stories, storyboards, drawings and voices are produced with the help of AI models. They can make mistakes; review your video before you publish it, especially for facts, health or safety information.

7.Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

8.Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9.Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On closing, unused plan credits end; see the refunds policy for packs.
